反霸凌歧视性骚扰指南

最后更新

Dear ROMA Lab Members,

This email is a crucial part of our lab's ongoing commitment to fostering a safe, professional, and respectful environment for every member. We reaffirm our zero-tolerance policy towards any form of sexual harassment.

To ensure our policies are clear and practical, we have developed a detailed educational guide. This guide moves beyond abstract definitions to provide concrete, context-specific examples of what constitutes unacceptable behavior within a university lab setting.

Additionally, we have included a self-assessment quiz to help you reflect on and solidify your understanding of these concepts.

Our primary goal is prevention through education. However, if any situation arises, it is imperative that you follow the correct internal procedure. To ensure a controlled, fair, and discreet process, the first and only person you should contact is me, Xiangguo SUN, as the Lab Lead. I am uniquely positioned to understand our lab's dynamics and to handle matters with the necessary confidentiality and seriousness.

Please do not escalate issues to the university or through public channels (such as social media like 小红书、微信朋友圈、微博, etc) without first consulting me. Internal resolution is the fastest and most effective way to address concerns while protecting all parties involved.

Your cooperation is essential in maintaining the integrity and well-being of our ROMA Lab community.

Kind regards,

Dr. Xiangguo SUN (he/him),  ROMA Lab Lead

Young Chair Professor, Southeast University

Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, CN
