Dear students,
To streamline our communication and ensure I can effectively track your progress and provide timely support, please find below the guidelines and template for submitting your weekly reports.
- Submission Timeline: Please submit your weekly report for Week (T-1) by 10:00 AM on Monday of Week T. You are welcome to submit your report early on Friday of Week (T-1). Please note that regardless of when you submit, I will generally provide email feedback by the end of Monday, Week T.
- Submission Method: Please write the report directly in the email body. Do NOT send it as an attachment. And No any other attachment in your email.
- Report Content Principle: For effective communication, your report must be concise, focused, and problem-oriented. Please avoid lengthy narratives or lists of learning content. By focusing directly on your plans, progress, and challenges, you enable me to provide the most precise feedback.
I will read every report carefully and aim to provide timely responses to the key issues you raise. You can follow the template appended when writing your report email. Please adhere to these guidelines. If you have any questions about the process, feel free to reach out.
